Looks pretty interesting. Think its a great program to try JB? I have been looking for something other than P90x and Insanity to play around with.

Where you download it from Bang?

Yeah man I like it a lot. Its a great supplement to what I am already doing. All you really need are a set of dumbbells (start with 10lbs, GSP only uses 15lbs).

jb...you're fit so you can basically do what you want to keep from getting bored at this point.  you already know what you want to improve on...just a matter of applying and focusing on those areas you're less satisfied with...but you already know all this.  regardless, keep dishing out links to us that you may find worthy....

lol thanks HB. Rushfit works the crap out of your lats, core, and legs which are areas (lats and legs) that I need to improve on. I still have to do more core and upper body along with this though.
Competing in MMA is rarely ever a fruitful venture, I will stick to watching :)

I'd say P90X or Insanity if your looking for fast results. But you have to be committed to it. I think Insanity is a 2 month program and P90X is 3 months.  Both will kick your ass, but are worth it from what I have researched.  I am going to start Insanity in a couple weeks.

I got Insanity from a friend, we don't do it but we keep it at the studio. Its mostly massive cardio and calisthenics. If your main goal is weight loss its probably your best bet. After you get to where you want to be with losing weight, grab some free weights and give rushfit a try it will tone you out.

it also depends on what your goal is.  Do you want to get lean muscle and a smaller body?  That's my goal.  I am going to drop my weight back to about 150 and then hit the weights and exercises to build lean muscle. I don't want to get big at all. I plan on doing strength training only.

I've always lost weight fast on a treadmill.  That's what I'm doing now along with pushups and situps.  If you want to drop some weight you might try walking/running for about a month and see how that works for you and if your metabolism works best when doing cardio.

That works great, also a university in Japan did a study and found that doing sprints burn fat 10x faster than running, so that may help as well. Treadmill is great for cardio btw, and it doesn't ruin your hips and knees.

hmmm I like sprints but the question is....

How many?  How long?  Time between sprints?

I'm going to start running around the block which is roughly 3 miles with a good mile up steep hill another mile downhill and the rest relatively flat in the mornings.  Currently i'm working in a factory making concrete lids for casket vaults.  I loose alot of weight when itgets into the 90's outside which turns into 100s-110s in the shop.  One day i lost 8 lbs but i gain it all back when i re hydrate.
